Q: How will my order be processed and how can I check on my order status?
A: As you will read below orders ship in 2-10 business days (see Ordering Info page for more info.) Once an order is received , your order status will be "On Order", once your order is pulled and sent to processing the order status will change to "Shipped". We do not have a processing tab. So even in processing the order status says shipped. It may take a couple of hours to days before your order is actually shipped and in the mail, still staying in the 2-10 days shipping time frame.
Once your order has shipped you will receive an email stating your order has been shipped and receive a USPS.com tracking number.
At any time you can also come to our website to check on your order by clicking on theORDER STATUS link under Customer Service. Here you will find your USPS tracking number as well!
