We recommend using the alligator pinch clips for babies and girls with very thin/fine hair. Both types of clips can be used in the hair alone or on top of a ponytail holder once holder has been placed in hair.
What ages do your baby headbands fit? TOP
Our baby headbands are professionally hand sewn with no bulky seam to fit ages 0-6m, 6-12m, 12-24m, and 2-5 years old! Our headbands are made of 48% Cotton, 48%Polyester, 4% Lycra.

How long will it take for my order to ship? TOP
Orders are currently taking UP TO 5-7 business days to ship due to the high demand of our products. Some products take up to 14 business days to ship, if this is the case it is noted in the product description. Tutu orders take 2 weeks to ship. From ship date time, Priority mail takes 2-3 days to deliver, and 1st Class mail takes 5-7 days for delivery.

Ribbon variations... TOP
From time to time we may substitute a ribbon in your bow in an effort to get your bow to you quicker due to one of the ribbons being out of stock etc... This will only happen if we are currently out of stock of one of the ribbons and will be VERY minor and not noticeable to the overall style of the bow. For example, if your Over The Top bow (which is a great example because there are so many different ribbons and colors) has some small 3/8" pink polka dot spikes and we are currently out of the 3/8" pink polka dots, we may substitute that ribbon with plain 3/8" pink ribbon. The idea is to get your order to you as quickly as possible and not hold any orders due to such a minor incident. The overall look of your bow will NEVER be changed and this change does not happen often but I wanted to state it here in the order terms to make you aware of the possibility. As I said, this does not happen often and will never alter the color theme of your bow. Also we will never substitute more than 2 slight ribbon changes. Thank you!
Is there a way I can tell if my order has been shipped yet? TOP
YES! Just go to the ORDER STATUS section of our website and enter your order info. You will then be able to view your order and see if your order has been processed and shipped yet. The exact date of shipment will be listed.

All BowDacious Baby products are shipped via USPS. When your order has been shipped you will receive an email with your tracking info. through usps.com. Your tracking info may read "Status: Electronic Shipping Info Received" If your tracking info reads this, this means your package has been processed, and is now at USPS. USPS does NOT have live up to minute tracking info so it may read this message up until it reaches your city! This message does NOT mean your package has not been mailed. This is just how USPS.com is, I wish it was phrased differently on their website. Once your package reaches your city it will state so and then go on to be delivered and will show Delivered at your shipping address.
