The following are our Wholesale Ordering Terms:
You must be a Retailer of children's products to buy our Wholesale products.
All consumers must order retail price through our online catalog.
Wholesale buyers can log into our Wholesale section to receive discounted wholesale prices after approved!

1. Minimum opening order of $200
$75 min. re-order
Minimum quantity of 2 on each item ordered on both opening and re-orders
(Orders placed not meeting these requirements will NOT be processed)
2. Shipping and handling charges are calculated automatically in our shopping cart. All orders are shipped USPS Priority mail.
3. All orders are processed upon receipt. Orders ship within 3-4 weeks, allowing a bit longer for extra large orders. This time may vary due to increased seasonal business.
4. Payments: We accept Visa, MasterCard and paypal payments at this time.
5. Returns: We do not accept returns on Wholesale orders. All sales are final unless grossly misrepresented on our behalf.
6. Out Of Stock:
Occasionally we are out of stock on certain items. Unless otherwise requested, we will ship orders as ready and backorder any items not in stock. We will automatically send your backordered items when available.
7. My products may NOT be resold on eBay or any other auction marketplace.
8. All BowDacious Baby products must be sold and advertised as BowDacious Baby products in your store and must stay attached to our company bow hang cards.
9. Wholesale prices are 40% off of regular Suggested Retail Prices on all products except DIVA and Gymboree, these products are 20% off. You can charge our Suggested Retail Prices, but MANY boutiques charge more to increase their profit margins! BowDacious Baby products easily bring in more than our suggested retail prices!

10. Products in the Bags & Totes, Bedding, and Interiors are NO LONGER available for Wholesale at this time, so please don't add them to your cart. Thank you!
